Medlocker
Let patients collect their prescriptions without coming to the counter
Your counter is worth more than managing repeat prescription collection
Repeat prescription collections are predictable. The packing is done. The part that eats staff time is the handover, and that time could go toward patients who actually need you.
MedLocker handles the routine collection so your team is free for the conversations that matter.
Here’s how it works:
- your team loads packed prescriptions into the cabinet via the touchscreen
- the patient gets an automated notification with a unique pickup code
- and they collect at their convenience
No queuing. No counter. No waiting around for a script that was ready last Tuesday.
How Medlocker works:
- Load. Your team scans the prescription and MedLocker opens the right slot automatically. Small or large, it picks the best fit.
- Notify. The patient receives an automated message with their unique pickup code. No phone call needed, no “it’ll be ready after 2pm” conversation.
- Collect. Patient enters their code, collects their prescription. Done, at whatever hour suits them.
- Manage. Keep an eye on what’s in the cabinet and who has collected, from anywhere in the pharmacy via the cloud software. No need to be standing next to it.
